Centaur

Carolyn from Centaur required a logo that was as effective in print or signage and used in colour, as it would be pressed into a fiberglass product. The brand marque is a highly finished, realistic badge style form with quite a complex execution.

Rob Anderson Photography

Rob Anderson from Rob Anderson Photography wanted to rebrand his company without changing his name. Funnily enough we retained the RAP letter forms that Rob was a bit over at the time. What he was over was how it looked, old and off the pace. Rob trusted us and what we created together was a fresh and cutting edge design. The fully custom ‘RAP’ letters form the inner rings of the camera lens. Slabs of prime red colour with bold typography team to form one very confident brand.

Windsor Group Property Management

Christina wanted a brand that was stylish, upmarket and appealed to a more established target market.
The main brand marque is a house doubling as an upwards arrow with a ‘W’ for Windsor that wraps around the home with arrows at the end of the letter form trailing into and out of the home. It’s dynamic and has movement...it works for the renters and the landlords alike. As part of the look and feel of the brand we devised a black metal finish that served as a lockdown element throughout all the collateral. Matching ‘For Rent’ boards have also been created. Teamed with the tagline we devised “Invest in Experience”, it perfectly positions the brand in the mind of investors.

Duct Masters

When we first heard the name ‘Duct Masters’, our original thought (and it’s often the best way to go) was that of a KungFu duck with a play on the DUCT wording. If we create a brand marque for you...we’ll be equally as clever. A stylised/illustrated duck would make a great mascot for the existing business. Robert expressed a desire to use radio as an advertising medium down the track, so we made sure that the idea translates well into all forms and makes for great radio. With ten vans on the road, the duck idea was the perfect mascot for use on them in the interim as the primary source of promotion.
The logo was created and illustrated by Logoloco to have very high retail presence and recognition. The graphic is memorable, fun and professional.

Oakleigh Cycles

The Oakleigh Cycles logo has been crafted specifically for use in a signage application on the fascia of the store. We designed the concept, created the artwork and had the signage installed. The solution essentially involved a billboard/skin application on vinyl that was wrapped over the existing fascia. It saved a great deal of time in not having to paint out the old sub-standard substrate. The logo was then used to good effect on business stationery. Not matter how you choose to use your new logo we’re here to help and can tailor a package to suit your needs and budget.

The Leather Guy

We shortened Matthew’s business name on the logo by using the word ‘the’ as an integral part of the word ‘leather’. It was clever and in doing so it also tightened up his logo. We then illustrated a cow hide/skin graphic together with a roundel to form a head so it also portrayed the Leather Guy as a person. The brand marque was designed to be solid and contained in a distinct shape to be easily used on the vans. A white leather background has been used in all instances to anchor the brand marque. LogoLoco can create a logo for your small business that’s just as eye catching and effective.

Koomerang

Not all brand marques need to be complicated. In this instance we used ski trails to form a simple ‘K’. Koomerang is the official ski club of Scotch College and has had a long and prestigious history. The new logo had to portray this while still being fresh and contemporary as well as simple enough to be embroidered on various garments. LogoLoco can design a great logo for your sporting club or organisation.

Boyd Recruitment

Antoinette Boyd from Boyd Recruitment wanted a logo that truly reflected her larger than life personality. The new logo underscores Antoinette’s business style; entrepreneurial, bright, fresh, engaging, professional, enthusiastic and very friendly. The vibrating bands of colour interplay as a licorice allsorts concept.
We’ve also created a tag line that runs throughout Antoinette’s brand, “all sorts of jobs for all sorts of people”.
The vibrating bands of colour are then used throughout the stationery and collateral as a graphic device. This brand stands out as being very different from her competitors and commands attention. Need a funky, fresh brand that retains a professional foundation...talk to us at LogoLoco.

Big O

A simple illustrative execution for a Roy Orbison tribute band. No matter what the genre of music...LogoLoco can design an effective logo or brand.

Online Toys

The client wanted a refresh of an existing and tired logo. Michael was smart in retaining various elements of his old logo and incorporating them cleverly into one powerful brand marque. Fresh and contemporary stationery was also created using the new logo.

Community Spirit

The brief from Alisa was for a logo that had a community and belonging feel. With such a long name we opted to use ‘CommunitySpirit’ as one typographic while varying the colours to pull out the words. The word ‘Fundraising’ was then used as an adjunct to the main typographic to simplify the logo. The ‘C’ and ‘S’ from the business name are depicted as a person and a path way coming from the central home. It is a simple and powerful logo that reflects Alisa’s style of business perfectly.

Creative Touch Photography

Some of our hardest projects are for creative individuals or organisations. The expectation is for a solution that’s very creative and pushes the boundary...and boy do we love a challenge. Darrell from Creative Touch Photography wanted a very creative brand that suited his business style and sense of creativity. Full marks to Darrell here. It’s hard for a creative person to trust another creative to deliver something so personal.

With Darrell’s logo, we broke down the graphic form into a creative process. The first shape is a thought bubble (the idea), the second shape is the lens (the camera) and the third shape the rectangle (the photo) as the end result. We then used cropped in sections of the logo graphic strategically placed on the stationery collateral. Creative, edgy and simple in execution...we can create an equally impressive brand for your new or existing business venture.
“ …I am Impressed! I gave you almost nothing to work with and now I have everything that I want, it is both refreshing and comforting to be dealing with someone that actually knows what they are doing, which is why I would like you to work on these other elements…I look forward to seeing what else you come up with, your work is much appreciated…”
Darrell Ristow

Little Wood

Quentin runs a small garden design/horticultural implementation business and wanted a logo that reflected his absolute passion for horticultural design while conveying his engaging personality within the brand. The logo reflects the image of Quentin himself, the ‘L’ his head and the ‘W’ his body and arms waving as well as two leaves of a plant. The arms are gesturing where the garden will sit or what it will look like for his customer. It is a very personal rendition of a logo and a successful portrayal of such a passionate man. When we design a brand for you...we take the time to listen and to fully understand not just your business but also what drives you as a person.
“Good evening Dean. It was a pleasure to meet with you. As I said on the phone yesterday I reckon I’m pretty good with a camera but for graphics I leave it to the experts! - A fantastic job - THANK YOU. My wife also likes it, as does my daughter who said “love it love it love it!” That pretty much says it all. Best regards & thank you again”.
Quentin R Addison

Mattress Shop Direct

A simple, effective and enclosed logo that easily conveys its Australian made origins. If you squint you’ll notice the Australian map in the general shape. Cleverly for a mattress shop we have depicted a sunrise and also night time with the black gradient and the stars of the Southern Cross. This logo is as effective on the website as it is printed at the foot of the bed.

Woods

With over twenty panel shops in Melbourne, Woods is the largest independently owned network in Australia.
The Woods brand marque is a refresh of an existing logo. We adopted an evolutionary approach and retained the well recognised triangle shape. A contemporary typeface was crafted for the central part of the logo and colours were updated to be more modern, with a shifted emphasis on the use of the red. We lightened the blue and used more red to add drama. The logo was created in Photoshop to give depth and dimension even when used on flat panels. In addition, a campaign has been developed using people holding their hands together to form the triangular shape of the logo...it’s all about “Picturing it Perfect with Woods”.
An in-depth style guide has been produced covering all aspects of the brand from the logo, stationery, signage, uniforms, typography, internal reception graphics and all colour selections for the revised brand.
Whether you’re after a logo or a full roll out of a new brand we can achieve the same results for you...no matter how large or small your organisation.

Outlook Concepts

Daniel Green, a very talented garden designer wanted a logo that really did reflect him and his business. At LogoLoco we understand this and every logo is as important to us as it is to you! Daniel wanted an organic design so we created a panoramic leaf structure with architectural overtones to depict his business.
A refreshingly alternative client, he opted to have his business cards trimmed shorter, in true designer fashion. Daniel’s business now has an edgy and fashion forward feel...just like his garden designs.

Ecotail

If ever there was a great client that knew exactly what he wanted, then this is Jason. Jason Millar, owner of a very successful heavy haulage company wanted a standout brand marque for a new eco-alternative trailer manufacturing business. The logo has been designed to be used on mud flaps, welded on sub-frames and as used recently at a Queensland truck show, on pull up banners.

Mercuries

Not often do we do something as simple as a plain typographic, but that’s exactly what we did for Steve Wells and his band. Simple, modified and directional type captures the spirit of their music beautifully.

Cleaning Green

Wow, what a result! This logo was created for packaging first and foremost. The look is ecologically sound and unashamedly retail. As with most of our logos it’s very clever. The ‘C’ and ‘G’ within the name form the leaf at the core of the logo. The typographic section of the logo has been highly stylised and designed as part of the form for use on bottles. Beyond the logo, we’ve extended the green gradient, disseminated the leaf graphic and used it as a watermark for a lockdown element to anchor the brand. We also created the tagline, “biodegradable guilt-free cleaning” that forms the cornerstone of the brand. No matter how you are to use your new logo, LogoLoco can create an amazing brand for you too.

KidsUpClose Photography

Joshua from Kids Up Close wanted a classic logo that was minimal on colour. We created a 3D logo with the shape forming a ‘K’ and also the shape of a camera with the outer ring of the logo depicted as the lens of the camera.
That was just the start and we have also produced a DL brochure with a promotional offer for Joshua’s clients...designed, written and printed. We look forward to helping Joshua build business and sales.
“…I showed the sample logo we discussed to a few clients and friends over the weekend and they all thought it was very polished and professional - as well as clever, so very much looking forward to seeing the polished and refined logo today. Dean - I think you might have nailed it first time around!”
Joshua

Optimum Muscular Health

A new start up business, Teresa wanted a unique logo that set her apart from other Myotherapists. We created a clever letter-play logo using the acronym on the business name in the form of a person. The ‘O’ the head, the ‘M’ the shoulders and the ‘H’ the arms, legs and torso. The colours are fresh and healthy.
As part of Teresa’s brand we have used slabs of the blue and then bridged the typographic and logo form over the colour to anchor the whole look. We also came up with the tag line “live life to the optimum”.
Teresa loved the brand so much we created and printed a colourful 6 page DL sized brochure outlining all of her services. More than designing a logo we created a well thought out cohesive brand.

Repairer Networks

A smart and contemporary redesign of a tired brand, yet healthy business. Peter Nolan from Repairer Networks wanted a brand marque that explained his business process. It’s a business network that funnels work to panel shops.
A stylised car wheel shows concentric arrows culminating in a green ‘GO’ arrow. A full stationery pack followed. We cleverly and very cheaply updated his website header by simply using the black lockdown element and used the logo in a portrait format as space permitted. The logo form could then be used alone as a graphic within other elements as part of a campaign.

OXIA

We created the OXIA logo to replicate the visual representation of an oxygen bottle with a friendly retail feel.
The logo was designed to be clean and hi-tech in structure and colour.
The look flows into the website and print collateral we also created.

HSVi

A simple execution with an added element to an existing brand. The strength and weight of the add-on ‘i’ and the descriptor ‘individual’ had to be different to the core logo so holistically it didn’t alter the existing framework of the logo. This was achieved through underscoring the logo with the solid black bar containing the word while cutting through and linking with the large outlined ‘i’. So the new element frames the old logo section.

Bitter Sweet Fitness

Fun, approachable and unique for a predominantly female market...that’s what the client briefed LogoLoco. We chose to highly modify a hand written style type face and incorporated a person's head and body as the ‘S’ in ‘sweet’.
The logo is dynamic and vibrant and can be easily printed on all collateral and embroidered on all garments. The colours are easily used throughout the training studio and really help in building the brand.

OEM Link

A contained and aspirational upward arrow graphic also represents an acronym of OEM – Original Equipment Manfacturer. The ‘O’ being the outer purple circle, the ‘E’ and ‘M’ formed from the combined arrows rotating consecutively around 90 degrees.
The automotive arena is heavily male dominated with more and more women entering the industry so the client wanted to soften the perceptions of the brand by using hues of purple and silver. OEM Link has become a succesful sub-brand for PPG Australia.

MediDev

The client came to us without a name and LogoLoco named the business also ensuring the website address was available for registration. We came up with the tag line “Developing Healthy Businesses”, a great play on words that really does explain what their core business is.
The look of the logo design needed to be hi-tech and the client wanted to use the ECG brain scan graph line somehow in the design. The client also wanted to use blue as the predominent colour as the target market being doctors relate well to it. LogoLoco created the ECG graphic to also depict the ‘M’ and ‘D’ in the name – the M trailing into the main name. Silver was used to depict a clinical feel. The typeface used in the logo design is modern and gives the logo a sense that the company is bigger in size than it actually is. This enables medidev to grow more efficiently in aggressive markets. The two blues used in the name within the logo design aid in understanding that the core business is medical development, although shortened into one easy word...medidev.

Classique Number Plates

The Classique logo has been produced in various programs to create the look of a real stainless steel and enamel badge.
This look is especially suited to an automotive style business or car related product.

AutoGuard

The Autoguard Warranty logo has been designed to be highly metallic with an upmarket feel underscoring the quality of the paint work of the repairer. The gold colouring, the complexity and strength of the logo depicts the high end nature of the warranty program.
The logo has been designed to be fully contained and used on any coloured background from light to dark in both print and signage applications.

AutoSeek

A fusion of simple typographic combining with clever concept graphics. Autoseek is an example of not only a logo that Logoloco has designed; but also a business that we named for the client. A car finding business for busy professional women...run by women. The logo needed to be simple, colourful and friendly in tone. Where relevant LogoLoco attempts to introduce graphics into the logo form as an integral element of the communication. In this instance the ‘O’ in the word auto represents both a magnifying glass with a car in its lens, also doubling as the symbol that represents the female gender. We also developed the tag line “for driven women”, perfectly targeting the Autoseek customers.

Kruize into Fitness

The out-stretched person throwing a ball forms the K and the ball trail terminates in the top part of the ‘i’. Modern, dynamic and fast paced, the logo perfectly depicts a fitnes based business. The ‘K’ person is used separately on shirts and caps as an icon.

Flowing Healing Centre

The Flowing Healing Centre logo is simple, feminine and approachable. The colours and typefaces used are soft and set the scene of what relaxing treatments the customer will experience. It has been designed to be effective in building the brand in a multitude of applications and eventually be used on an exclusive line of packaged products. The soft light aqua colour is then used throughout the spa's vast expanses.

Aquila Aerosystems

Aquila is Latin for ‘eagle’ and it is commonly represented by a constellation. The client wanted the new logo design to to have an eagle represented in some way within the logo form. Given the small size the logo would have to appear on the majority of items, it was decided that the complicated custom eagle illustration should consist of single colour line work. The wording for ‘AQUILA’ was highly modified and the edges rounded off to fit in with the roundel surrounding the eagle. LogoLoco came up with the tag line ‘For Solutions That Take Flight’.

Signature Golf Apparel

A scripted typeface used in conjunction with a section of a stylised golf ball illustration, combine to represent a brand high on style. The selection of a gold colour highlights the upmarket appeal. Not only do the gold dots in the illustrative component represent the dimples of a golf ball but also a world globe. Again the logo is simple to aid in legibility in a multitude of applications and printing methods.

Bowls Victoria -
Be Bowled Over

The Be Bowled Over logo was designed to be bold and read easily by various ages. The dominant italic typeface on the angle adds a sense of movement and excitement.
The logo form is round in shape and contains illustrated bowls so there is no mistaking what sport it represents.

Diamond Panels

Hi-tech and aspirational in style, the Diamond Panels logo sets a stylish upmarket theme for this business. The upward arrow or stylised road within the graphic projects a progressive business. The graphic can be used in creative ways or alone in many circumstances.

Taverner Drive Thru

The dominant Drive Thru section of the logo was created to work alongside the existing Taverner branding. The logo had to be retail in colour and bold in nature. The ‘R’ in the word ‘Thru’ represents a road...simple in look to communicate the brand offering of quick and no nonsense service.

EcoTravel

A modern stylised world logo with circumnavigating directional arrows depicting both direction of travel around the world and also the eco-friendly, environmentally conscious aspects of the business. The world component joins the type treatment as one element. The dots in the logo are used as water marks and icons throughout the brand.

teamRED

The Team Red logo shows a clever use of drawn letter forms to make the image of a racing helmet. The letter ‘R’ depicts the front of the helmet and visor, and the ‘D’ the outer shape of the rear of the helmet. The logo is fast, racy and simple. Letters or stylised hand drawn typography can be manipulated to cleverly depict different objects. Often the logos we design are very clever in their execution.

Grass Roots Media

A very basic logo that is high on impact. The simple illustration forms the basis of a roundel style logo out of using only one colour. The concentric arrows graphically depicts the flow of information from the media company to the target market. The simple elements within the graphic such as the blades of grass are then used separately as lock-downs within all print collateral.

2K Cobra

An example of a letter form logo representing a stylised automobile. The ‘2’ representing the roof and door and the ‘K’ being the back and rear wing of the vehicle. The word ‘COBRA’ is highlighted in a contempory and highly modified type face representing the hitech nature of the product/brand, which nests tightly within the form of the logo. Simple colours are used to highlight the 2K wording and also so the logo is easily identifiable on various packaging and embroidery applications.

Heath Recruitment

Created in 3D, the simplified image of two people with their arms in the air form two H characters. A modern typeface with presence spells out the name of the business. The logo is both contemporary, friendly and colourful, helping to depict a ‘people’ business.

Pathway Partners

Another example of our excellent conceptual use of typography within the core logo graphic. The two Ps in the name form the wings of an angel. Simple, elegant and relaxing in tone and colour; it has become a friendly brand.

Football Federation Victoria -
Volunteer Recognition Program

VRP is an acronym for the Volunteer Recognition Program. A reward and recognition program for soccer volunteers. The VRP letters form together a person with their arms up in victory. The arms being the ‘V’ and the ‘R’ and ‘P’ the body and legs. The yellow swishes within the circle depict the upward movement and speed trail of the arc of the arms.
The yellow also shows a sense of going for gold and the use of silver and the roundel shape portrays a medal theme. The logo had to be simple and limited in colour so as to be easily reproduced on everything from bags, apparel, brochures and certificates.

Poppies

Simplicity is often the best method when creating a brand. The simple hand drawn flower creates an impactful presence centred above a classic typeface.

Melbourne Buyer Advisers

Emanating from the centre of a circle the 4 houses form directional arrows. The company to turn to when you need to find a home.

Pro-1 Polish

Yet another example of a product we named. The logo needed to be fast paced and automotive in style. The logo was designed around a silver base with orange highlights to look effective on the silver bottle. Small star-bursts within the logo add to the shine of the polish brand. The typefaces have been heavily modified in form, outline and also italicised to become a unique aspect of the design.

Transition Apparel

The logo for Transition Apparel is a contained graphic with a stylised ‘S’ depicting a road with concentric swishes representing moving elements between the various transitional activities of a triathlon. The vivid orange was chosen for a sense of energy. Black outlines are used around the logo to add strength to the overall form. The logo is designed to be simple in colour and form so as to be easily embroidered on garments.

Get going

A fun logo design for Get Going Sport Foundation... a not-for-profit organisation established to assist Victorian School Sports with funding and to get more kids participating in sport at a young age. The logo had to appeal to both children and adults while being active and friendly in tone. The ‘n’ representing a child growing and enjoying the sense of achievement associated with sport and activity.

White Knight

A traditional upmarket style of logo design that suits its high end target market. Beautiful and classic typefaces coupled with a simple illustration in a shield evokes a sense of strength and purpose.

Sharpline Cabinets

A simple 3D graphic depicts a great fit... The intersecting 3D graphic reproduced in a simple high impact red combine with a contemporary typeface to represent the brand of a small cabinet maker that prides itself on excellence in fit and finish.

Tatts TipStar

Retail oriented logo design requires a form that is both simple and colourful. The Tatts Tipstar brand uses a fast paced and dominant italicised font – perfect for such a brand requiring high retail recognition.

Tony Dockerty Classic Cars

Tony Dockerty, Australia’s largest classic Jaguar specialist. This business has a long and successful history, so the new logo had to represent the strength in the existing brand equity. A beautiful, classic typeface is used within a chrome style badge with a British racing green enamel inner section. A very time consuming and complex creative form created totally in Illustrator and then Photoshop. The result is totally photo realistic.

Carcom

Carcom is a technology company dealing with GPS automotive locating and tracking. The logo needed to be simple, vibrant, high tech and depict the main feature of the business. The crossed lines within the letter ‘O’ graphically represent the locating function of the organisation. Icons and sub-graphics within all elements of the business follow the same stylistic theme of the logo.

MSAP - Melbourne
Street Arts Project

A probono logo for the Melbourne Street Arts Project... Designed with a decidedly street feel the MSAP logo has been mostly hand drawn to appeal to a street audience. The paint splash element was used alone as a separate graphic throughout the marketing collateral and website, as both cropped and toned back icons.

Quick Smile

Another very clever use of type to create a word graphic. QuickSmile the brand offers fast teeth whitening, so the logo needed to convey this.
We created a graphic campaign element to work with the new logo design. The “lip chair” is used throughout all the Quicksmile work to created a synergy with the ‘smile’ swish in the logo design.  So when logoLoco creates your logo make sure we know up front where your logo or brand marque is appearing so we can take that into account.
The centre of the ‘Q’ becomes a clock face, while the tail or descender of the ‘Q’ becomes the smile. The colours used are fresh and clean and form a large aspect of the brand.
The logo design is used on equipment and packaging to a great effect.

The Tony Hitchin Foundation

The classic and iconic male symbol cleverly depicts the ‘T’ and ‘H’ in the Foundations name. Centred and simple typography round off a friendly and approachable logo design.

UNICON

Themed to the client’s venue for the conference. Mt Eliza Business School looking over a picturesque coastline on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria with a view “Over The Horizon”. The logo was designed to have an international flavour with an Australian focus. Fresh, primary colours were used to attract delegates. The world graphics are used extensively throughout the website and brochure collateral.

Walkinshaw Performance

A totally new logo for a new division of the iconic automotive manufacturer, Holden Special Vehicles.
The brief from HSV was that they wanted a logo that was racy, high performance and had to look equally great on a car in the form of a badge, decal and even a wheel centre, as it would as signage on a building. They also wanted the logo to reflect some historical aspects in the form of using the Panorama Silver colour from the 1988 VL Walkinshaw. The logo is a complex illustrator and photoshop design. Originally hand drawn to achieve excellent space and proportion, then recreated to look photo realistic.
The Walkinshaw logo design is used on all printed collateral such as brochures, stickers, business cards and is the core design element bringing all aspects of the brand together.
The logo has also been created in a simple line art version so the graphic can be applied to shirts, caps and even embossed into car parts. There is also a vertical and horizontal version of the logo design to cover off all applications.

Flavorite

Flavorite is a major player in the hydroponic tomato industry. The logo redesign was a major part of their relaunch in order to grow market share. Logoloco retained the Flavorite fruiterer while redrawing and updating him.
The logo was designed primarily to be successfully applied on swing tags on the truss of the tomatoes and wrapped packaging.
We used a more dominant retail friendly typeface and encapsulated all the elements into one integrated graphic.

Protec

A redesign of a 30 year old logo.
The original logo used only a darker blue. We lightened the blue and added a much needed accent colour of a warm yellow. Being an industrial brand with a predominantly male target market, it has been designed to be strong and simple.
The typeface within the logo is also used throughout all the company's brochures, signage and advertising.
The logo needed to be fully contained so as to be easily used on paint cans, shirts, buildings and so on.

Logicar

Part of an entire rebrand of an existing business.
The logo was designed to be used predominantly off white with underscoring of the two prominent colours of red and blue.
Logicar became the ‘logical’ choice in automotive EFI. We changed the name and retained the company colours, however lightened the blue to be more contempory. The Logicar typeface was lightly modified and incorporated a swish that ‘flows’ through all examples of their work.
The logo is fresh, dominent and unique within it’s sector of the industry.

Adecco Athlete Career Program

The Australian logo design for the Adecco sporting brand supporting Aussie athletes. Cleverly encapsulating the existing Adecco logo and adding a stylised desk-style world globe, also representing a person below the Southern Cross.

Orpheus

Penelope Lane, Global Head of Sales and Marketing at ULCO Technologies required a high-tech solution for a revised brand marque for Orpheus.
We produced the new brand marque, full stationery package, brochure, corporate folder, several pull-up banners, customised USB’s with logo and data as well as custom lanyards with repeated logos in a very short timeframe ready for an overseas trade show.
A stylised heart shape encapsulated in the core graphic conveys what sector of medical technology the Orpheus business trades within.
A conservation target market meant the logo and general look of the brand needed to be understated, elegant, trusted and powerful.
